Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Most items are eligible for returns, except for personal use items such as toiletries, bath essentials, innerwear/ swimwear and cosmetics, as well as food items etc. The items should be unused, and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes etc.). Please note that purchases on ‘final sale’ cannot be returned.
What are the replacement terms?
- All returns requests must be received within 3 days of delivery. You can place a return request on our website after your items have been delivered. You can also contact our Customer Support team via email (email@example.com)
- All the toys sealed in their original packing can be exchanged
- Toiletries / Bath essentials are Non-returnable
- You can replace a product for the same or higher value. For any exchanges with a product less than the original product’s price HickoryDickoryBox’s credit will be given, which you may use in your next purchase
- Please include all price tags, labels, unique packing and statement beside with the product
- Products without original packing /price tags, labels, unique packing / Torn original packing / Used by customers will not be returned/ exchanged.
Sales with Offer Codes/ Promotional Codes
Orders generated via a promotional/ offer code are deemed as Final Sales, and will not be returned/ exchanged or refunded.
What is Hickory Dickory Box’s Replacement Guarantee?
Should you receive an item which is damaged or does not match the order description, please contact our fulfillment team. We will make arrangements for immediate replacement to be sent to you. If our fulfillment team cannot find a replacement in stock, we will simply refund the full amount to you, including the shipping charges you paid on its purchase.
How do I cancel an order?
- Contact our Customer Support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel the order.
- You can cancel your order online before the item gets shipped from our warehouse. Your order amount will be refunded.
- In situation, where the product you have ordered has been sent from our warehouse, but has not yet been delivered to you, you may choose to either exchange or return the products.
